Deck is in fair condition.
It was disassembled when I bought it 15 years ago. I parked it in the barn and never worked on it.
I don't know what was wrong with the mower when it was disassembled.
I don't know if all the parts are there.
The motor is not mounted.
The starter terminal was broken when I brought it.
Electric clutch works.
I turned the motor with an electric drill, the compression was 50 PSI on one side and 60 PSI on the other.
Tires are flat.
Parts or reassemble .
